INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Lightly shake the bottle and dispense about 15 mL (approximately half the volume of the cap). Actively swish between teeth and along gum lines for 30 seconds, and spit.

For best results, do not rinse with water and wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking. Repeat twice a day; morning and night.
