Refund policy

 

Biomiq maintains a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We reserves the right to accept or deny return requests as it deems appropriate on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (based on the pre-tax total of the items to be returned) to be deducted from the total refund. Also deducted from the total refund are the original shipping cost and return shipping cost of the items to be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@biomiq.health or use our online self-serve tool. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify Biomiq of any damage or issues within 30 days of either the date of delivery or the date of expected delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange/replacement. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

You have 30 days to request a refund. Refund requests beyond 30 days will be subject to the discretion of the Biomiq and the information we have available to us at the time of request. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards at this time.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Issues

Original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund when returning an item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), heavy damage or defect, or the product received is significantly different from the listing description.

If a delivery is refused by the recipient for any reason and subsequently returned to us, any request to re-ship or re-attempt delivery will require additional payment to cover the associated shipping costs. These re-shipping fees will not be covered by Biomiq.

Biomiq will not refund shipping fees on orders that are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or due to unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our control.
